Every business is different, and so is every project. Depending on your specific needs at this time, deliverables might need to be tweaked. Listing my starting rates gives you an idea of what a baseline engagement looks like. Rates may increase depending on your unique project scope (number of pages, page length, etc.) and the anticipated number of virtual meetings we'll need to craft your crystal-clear copy. I'll type up a detailed creative proposal after our initial chat!

My turnaround time depends on the project. For testimonial editing, mission statements, and copy editing, expect a few days. For articles/blog posts, email copywriting, online sales/landing pages, and video scripts, you can expect one to two weeks. For a website copy refresh or website copywriting from scratch, you can typically expect up to four weeks. My motto is quality over quantity (Google likes that too), so we will take the time needed to crystallize your copy.

It's your choice whether we transform your script into a marketing video together or you take it elsewhere. I'm a firm believer that copy should be written for humans, no algorithms. However, algorithms are how people find your copy in the first place, so that's where a sprinkle of SEO comes in. I'm a conversion copywriter first and foremost, but I implement basic SEO strategy and keyword research across my services to ensure you're ranking in online searches.

I occasionally use ChatGPT for research (which I always verify) and creative ideation. Some marketers are able to effectively train AI to write in a specific brand voice, but to be honest, it slows me down. I prefer to use it as the tool that it is, then let my thesaurus, my brain, and the random bursts of inspiration that happen on long walks do the true wordsmithing.
